Are you calculating these days from the day i received the letter or from the day it is dated? In former case, I think i am not an overstayer. But in the later case, I might have an overstay of (60 days curtailment period + 55 days extra ). Do i need to explain this on a separate letter? I dont want ...

I dont remember the day exactly.. It could be somtime around mid april. But the letter reached me on 24 May 2012. Does every curtailment letter have 60 day curtailment period by default?
