I am applying for my extend of stay in UK.FLR(M) BRP expires on 13/10/2018.what is the latest date I can apply.
Guidlines says that they encorage to apply before28 days but can we apply before that also(like 35 days before)

I have been on spouse visa(33 months) permit.which expires in october.Now applying for another remain to stay in uk for another 33 months.applying through flr(m) form which did not specified which documents i need.
