Next step in spouse visa

Hello...
I had applied for spouse visa in 7 Jan 2016 from India.and got spouse visa in a week..I also had a UK NARIC certificate for english..now leaving with my partner in UK.and my visa is going to expire in. October 2018...what is next step to extend my visa....which documents I need and which documents of my partner will be needed...what is rhe fees????

You need to extend your spouse visa on form FLR(M) and meet all the same requirements again including 2 years of cohabitation proof as subsisting marriage.

The extension will be for another 2.5 years.

Page 63/64 of the form gives good examples of what HO expect to see.

Current fee is £993 for postal applications or £1583 for in person applications. You will also have to pay £500 immigration health surcharge. Fees go up in April each year so the fee will be more when you apply.

If you visa is expiring in October 2018, then it is likely that an advice on fee and documentation will be pointless , as the laws now will be different the next time, just like A2 was not a requirement at the time of your grant of Entry clearance, this is now a requirement as a result of changes.

I do concede obviously that A2 is irrelevant to your case. Just an example.

I am applying for my extend of stay in UK.FLR(M) BRP expires on 13/10/2018.what is the latest date I can apply.

When did you enter the UK?

Best time to apply is after spending thirty months in the UK and before leave expires.
