Re: Tier2 Extension with in the country

Who are your dependents? Did they have dependent visa with you earlier-- if so generally not a problem. I had submitted our passports which had my husband's name mentioned and my child's passport had both our names I also submitted address proof for them too. It could be a bit tricky if they were no...

Re: COS Verification message - Urgent Help Required

I have faced this. Solution is simple. Email "ApplyOnlineE-Support@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk". Write your problem with Cos no. They will respond back in ,1 working day and majority of time they resolve it. Of course check with your HR if they have done an error but if that's all fine write in the email ...

Re: Tier 2 General Visa Extension Delay

Yes I agree. Its impossible to guess anything. Those whose visa expired on 11th Nov and also applied on 11th Nov, got visa by 8/12/17-- that's 4 weeks, whereas mine n yours is 7 weeks +. Its extremely anxious wait and there is no guarantee we will get it by 8 weeks. I hope u get it n then I will kno...

Re: sponsors licence revoked after application for tier 2 was made

Hi, Sorry to hear your trouble. It suddenly made sense how its worth paying for the premium one day service. One could have had the visa before the company's license got revoked. I am not sure about the admin review but if it helps buy time, could be worth trying. Will they refund any fee as its not...

Re: Tier 2 General Visa Extension Delay

Hi Aashtha, I haven't heard anything yet. I applied one working day after yours. U applied on 20th, me on 23rd. Yours is ICT, so I guess you should not have any issues. Mine is general n it can take me to ILR--- I have a feel, they will try every means to check or prevent that. 2 months ago ICT visa...

Re: How to check status of Visa application within UK

The link below doesn't work anymore, is there an alternative? No there is not. A reminder that the link was a Beta/Trial service, not 'live' and not accurate either. If your application is over the published service standard timeframes you can use the following link if you require an update - https...

Re: Tier 2 visa extension with same sponsor ( with dependents)

Hi, Did anyone have a tier2 extension renewed recently please? If its going more than 7 weeks-- does it mean trouble. Do they scrutiny anything special if this is an extension which can take me to ILR. Can employer help in chasing decision at all? Please advice. Its absolutely frustrating specially ...

Tier 2 visa extension with same sponsor ( with dependents)

Hi Gurus and Advisors, I have been following the tier2 extension timeline closely in this website and it seemed most BRPs are arriving in 7 weeks. I submitted my application on 23rd Oct 2017. 7 weeks will be completed on Monday the 11th. The status checking service seems to have been withdrawn from ...

Re: Tier 2 General Visa Extension Delay

Hi Mac89, Did you get your visa now? I am extremely worried as well. I made my application for extension on 23rd Oct with two of my dependents. Its an application with the same sponsor with whom I was for last 3 years. Hi guptaashtha, As you said, mine will be an extension which will take me to ILR ...
