@azee,my case is in review with EU treaty rights department, just wondering if I ask EU treaty rights to put me under Chenchooliah, can they do this ?
One more question would Chenchooliah applies to everyone whoever exercised EU treaty rights at one stage even their stamps later recocked ?

Just one more question if you don’t mind. Did you request stamp 1 recently like in 2019 or in 2020. The reason I am asking is that INIS maybe flexible these days due to Covid 19 and may understand our problems.

My solicitor said there is no harm applying for temporary stamp 1 in order to apply for work permit, as applying for work permit based on stamp 4 would be a refusal,
So I think it’s worth to give a try

You cannot apply for work permit with stamp 4, so you need a permission from inis to apply for work permit . Inis usually gives 6 months temporary stamp 1 and then you apply work permit with department of enterprise

I hope Chenchooliah judgement help everyone. Let’s see what’s the inis policy would be on Chenchooliah judgement. They cannot drag everyone to marriage of convenience and deny them Chenchooliah case. But let’s see how it goes. Any update when inis will announce Chenchooliah policy

General elections will not change their policy dramatically. Only protest and request inis of our long term stay here.
