I don't think I have a 'Share Code'. I enrolled my biometric at the UKVCAS Service Point, not via UKVCAS IDV app. Or am I missing something here?

I received the same email today. I don't understand how an IT issue can happen to some applications only if not all ... I submitted my application 14 Dec 2022, and on the forum I saw applications submitted in Feb 2023 got approvals already, it's really frustrating ... Hopefully we don't need to ...
