I understand what you are referring to. But I only want the ILR for our baby. We would be applying for the visa in VFS, UK in Chennai. I am keen to know about the experience of applying for a settlement visa in India (VFS UK, Chennai).

thanks.

Okay. After several cross references, I figured out that the postal ILR waiting time is 70% of the applications are decided in 4 weeks and 90% within 14 weeks. It is not 6 months for all the applications. I got this info from HO personnels, four different people have confirmed this. That said, I am ...

People,

I couldn't get an appointment for in-person ILR. HO says all the slots in all the PEOs are full. Please tell me if there are any tricks in timing the call for appointment.

Thanks,

Thanks Mr Kiwi. But won't that take long time. So far I did all my extensions through post. But I have been hearing stories that postal FLR application takes months. Hence I've been thinking about in-person application. 1. I am planning to have several copies of the filled and blank FLR form. 2. Hav...

Dear All, I am planning to apply for my HSMP extension (1+3+3) along with my wife's dependent visa in a single form (FLR Tier 1 - HSMP) as per JR. My confusion is that will the HO consider both the extenstions made in one form as one application or two applications. More specifically, What should I ...
