The Pharmacist had no right to grant that exemption. It is not their decision at all. All they are required to do is to process the prescription free of charge if someone signs the declaration on the back of the prescription, and ticks the relevant box. Applying for ILR? No, because when you tick the ILR application form it's to say whether you're claiming now , which you're not.
