Family visitor visa medical report requirement

My parents are visiting UK on 6-months family visitor visa. May I know do they have to present any medical reports (Chest x-ray, etc.,) to the immigration officer in entry clearance?

Or do visitors exempted?

Pls sugest.

Submitted application in person. It was so pleasant.

As soon as I come back home realised my acknowledgement has typo error in my 'Passport number'

Not sure does it affect my actual application, any suggestion?

My application (single parent + kids) has been sent back by Birmingham CGI as it require parents consent letter.

1. My wife is on ILR(Indian), so consent required only from her or we both?
2. Can any one share format or example?

Well. It looks problem was happened due to new form format introduced around in the May. I have posted my form in April and it is reviewed in June so failed as per new validation rules? Yah! correct. I had used Chorome.
I am not sure if system allows me to re-fill application using IE.

2. Note not required (since you have got BC through Naturalization)
