The mother was born in Belfast, she is a citizen of the U.K. and an Irish citizen. Same applies for my son. (Just turned a year old.) We`re no longer in a relationship (its complicated, obviously) but she does want me to be in his life ... obviously if we were married this would make life easier ...

Canadian with a son born in the UK

So here is the long and short: My son was born last year in the UK. . His mum and I are not married. We may never be, but she still wants me to be part of his life. Do I have any rights to any sort of visa because of this i.e. he is my dependant.....any feedback at all would be helpful. I need to ...
