I received my ILR via 10 years route. I applied for my ILR last june 2012, recieved ILR this feb 2013. Can i apply for naturalization (AN form).

Hi In 2011 i was granted tier 1 (general visa). In june 2012 i applied for ILR using Set 0 form under 10 year rule. when i was holding tier1 visa, i changed my address but i forgot to mention UKBA about it. In set 0 form i used my new address.
