I am Indian Citizen and have a long UK Visit Visa (Expiry Mar/2023) arrived in UK Nov/2019 but stuck with travel restrictions border closures. But my question still remains outstanding, can they make multiple entry into UK and stay more than 6 months in a year.

Adding to above post

3. The reason I am asking is I am planning to apply for ILR at the end of visit visa period, based on my UK citizenship as she is completely dependant on me. Does her frequent visits jeopordise her immigration or affect ILR visa application in any way.

Thanks sushdmehta for your reply, I understand it will be expensive but my son will not be in the country when I go for ILR and wanted to make sure that his visa dosent get cancel as soon I move onto ILR.

Is there any reference to immigration law or section that I can refer to in my situation ?
