They have applied for the visa now as you said I sent the acknowledgment letter from the home office with a covering letter explaining it. Its been almost 4 weeks now and still now news. Do you know how long they take to process the application?

just provide ref number of your pending ILR application on your sponsorship covering letter and for added peace for you, attach the acknowledge letter. I did the same and parents got the visa. Thats great news. Did you send a cover letter explaining the situation? What are the documents did you ...
