I was looking at my Bio metric card it says valid from 08/02/2013 and it expires on 01/02/2023. Now as you see it expires exactly after 10 years of the date when I appeared at PEO not from the date bio metric card is valid from. Does not that mean ILR is counted from the date of approval? can you please explain which date is considered to count the period for 12 months of ILR, is that the date when we appear for ILR interview and told that our application was successful or the date mentioned on biometric card?

as you mentioned 5 years prior to the application received, can you please make me clear these 5 years are counted from the date you are granted entry clearance visa or you landed in The UK.

Right time to apply for naturalization

Hi experts,
I was granted entry clearance visa on 18/02/2008 and I landed in the UK on 15/03/2008 and I got ILR on 01/02/2013 . Can anybody let me know when can I apply for naturalization the earliest?

She is diabetic and has high bloodpressure. she is dependant on regular medicine for these conditions. But my question was am I eligible for applying for her with ILR or I will have to wait untill I get citizenship? Thanks

My cousin did not switch to PBS, as I said he came to uk on HSMP visa in 2007 and he had never been to the UK before that.
