in previous application We have wrote that my mum is unemployed but as we have filed ITR and in this case its come under self employed with income. so does it going to make +ve or -ve effect. and how We can Overcome this.

My partner is on Flr(m ) and we are blessed with baby. He got british and visa for india as i m on ILR. Now they are planning to visit home country. My questions is.
How long my wife can stay in india so that stay does not affect ILR and flr m rules.

Thanks. Yes i got p60 in time. That what confusing me as well as i got extention on basis of that earning and i never thought its not on hmrc record. I consider same thing. I believe br-exit poll have nothing to do with Tier 1 to ILR route. It might be some tax related issues which UKVI have to research. I hope all ohk as i dont have any any tax amendments.
