@ chubamartino : did they retain your passport when HO refuse the application? and have you had residence card issued based on retained right before you make the eea4 application?

NEW ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT

I obtain Post Graduate Diploma from a UK university . i want to ask how one should evidence the new english language requirement as i am not clear on what to do . do i only supply a copy of the university certificate or will i still get letter from the university or comparatiion from UK Naric? thanks

if one has obtained a post graductae Diploma from a UK university and applying for naturalisation. what evidence does he need to show to meet the english level requirements? do i still need uk Naric comparasion or letetr from my university to evidence this? thanks

i got all my documents i used to support my wife for spouse visa application returned to me after she has been informed the application is on hold. does this suggest the application has now been treated?

my wife has applied for spouse visa which HO stated is on hold but she has a course to study in a University and she is to to attend in November and i am considering that is it possible to apply for student visa at the same time while spouse visa application is on hold/ being considered?

and also my bank is not included in the list of banks that statement are not accepeted so there is absolutely no financial requirement reason at least to my knowledge to put my spouse application on hold

yes i included the rental agreement and i included bank statement within 12 months showing the rent being paid.

in fact its a joint account with my spouse and its the same account that i have my saving which showed the 20k as saving for 6 months to further proof that i meet the financial requirement

I own the property out-rightly even though the property is not in the uk its in my home country.
i provided the land register and the house plan as evidence
and yes a family lives in the property and pay me an annual rent

thank you Obie there was no reason specified for holding it and i am left wondering why. if anyone who has his/her held for financial reason can say if the reason was specified in their own then i ll be able to know the reason is me not financial requirement because i do work and i provided evidence...
