I don't have a visa at the moment.I applied for a student visa in 2005 and it expired in 2006 and i did apply for any visas until july2013.

my solicitor was the one who said i should apply for ilr

Decision under partner route. Came to the uk in 2003 on working holiday visa and I overstayed.i made an application in July 2013 under the partner route. refused application

I applied for Iltr with a solicitor and it was refused with no grants for appeal.the solisiter is asking £3860.00 to take the case further.
just want to find out if there is a cheaper way or is that the correct amount they are asking for.
