Re: Documents for Self-Employed

I have what I hope to be my last question, for now :? I just remembered that in 2016 my mother had an emergency surgery and she spent just over 3 months outside the UK, the fact is she needed to have a hysterectomy, therefore we thought the best option was for her to have the surgery back home as sh...

Re: EEA(FM) EEA2 - Different Addresses - Help needed

Basically they need to prove they live a) together b) at the certain address Perhaps I would send both: papers (whatever is available) for new address and papers for the old address. I would state the new address in all papers as current (if it is current). There is also a line in 100 pages applica...

Yes I think that will be possible, but will it suffice? I wanted to be sure if they can still send the statements and payslips in the old address? thanks

Re: Child born in uk application for British passport

Only British citizens can apply for a British passport. The child is NOT British if born before either parent obtained ILR or PR. Child must be registered on MN1 first. Proof of parent(s) ILR/PR will be required. Thanks a lot CR001, this is what I thought, but I don't know why the local post office...

Re: FLRM Extension Documents Required?

Hi can anyone help me out with this question please?

Do we have to send the original passport of the sponsor, or does the copy suffice?
If the Sponsor holds a British Passport, do the copies need to be certified as well?

Many Thanks for all the help!
