Immigration History

Dear Forum Members
I am trying to request my immigration history from the HO. Is it true that I cannot do it own my own and require a solicitor to do so for me?

Any advise is appreciated.

Re: New CoS not recognized

I've just been issued a new CoS yesterday morning. I attempted to complete an online application for a Tier 2 visa and it says CoS not recognized. It's definitely the correct number. I phoned UKVI and they said it can take up to 72 hours for the new CoS to become active and that I shouldn't attempt...

Like, imagine that my salary is 30k now and I will apply for indefinite leave in October next year should I be on £35,500 salary one day before I apply or like 6 months before I apply? You can get pay rise 6 months before but again its safer to do it now in order to avoid extra attention in your ap...

Thanks I will try and follow up tomorrow with the solicitor. I was actually in the process of filling out that form today but wasn't sure if sending that request would interfere with my case. Such a shame a lot of these things are out of your control.

Re: Employer License Expired

Hey buddy Your employer should email HO to explain the situation and get their advise. The HO takes the employer's query seriously. There are a lot of conditions that are not in the rule book therefore situations like yours are to be questioned by your employer to the HO. Please ask your employer to...

Hey do you know when did the licence expire? You employer can still apply for renewal and don't worry as far as you haven't received 60 days. Btw how long did you overstayed when your students visa was refused? Did you reapplied after 28 days? Normally they would have refused your visa if you were a...

This should normally be instant. I was in the same position and it all went swiftly as I was extremely anxious and recently managed to extend my T2 visa too.

If the new company has got the licence don't worry about anything else.

Dear Doralice Living in T2 visa and submitting self assessment is a serious breach of T2.
