Re: Declaration of fidelity

If my source of information is correct Justice collects data from Revenue for all that have got naturalisation - for up to 7 years. Therefore it's needed that you are a tax payer in the country for at least 7 years after you became a paddy! I am sure people in this board will know better! You are n...

Hello, I applied for my Irish Naturalisation/ Citizenship in Oct 2007 after completing my 5 years stay on Work Visa. I am working for a Consulting company in Dublin and as a part of my job I have to travel on deputation to another country in Jan 2009 for a period of 6-9 months. I own a house here i...

I don't think she will be allowed to stay longer than the 3 months on a visitors' visa. i am a non visa passport holder. Benifa is right. even tho...

Hi Rustig, What did you do when you've seen the letter from INIS asking for PPC? Have you sent them the PPC yet? If you did, have you got the 5 years LTR yet? It looks that the interference between the LTR and the naturalization process might be true. Regards, Mendo so Mendo. are you saying the INI...

if you have never applied LTR, why would they send you PPC request for LTR?

Hi benifa, This is probably the only option we have at the moment, with the only inconvenient that it will take more than 6 months to get an answer back from DOJ. What I am afraid is that Ireland might succeed to change the law again or that even if DOJ will grant us the residence the GNIB will ref...

Sorry, I didn't mean to correct or offend, just to clarify. I see that you did in fact become resident. However, the licence situation has nothing to do with immigration status. You can use the NZ one for 1 year and that's all. Of course, since you left and came back, maybe the year starts again. I...

if the irish government done what Archigabe said in the first place (unanounced show up in the applicant's house and check) in stead of refused all the non EU married to EU spouse residency application(including the one really married to their EU spouse). none of this would have happened.

And I doubt if these countries even have a central database which stores criminal convictions (if any) of a person. well, you got that righ...
