Yes. Of course! Ur ILR is dependant on a number of things not just ur passports. The passports are a snapshot of your travel history and immigration.
The latter two are the most relevant as you said.

Do you have a photocopy of the 1st? If you don’t then how do have three? Also you can only submit what you have not what you perceive. I’m pretty sure HO has its ways to find any gaffes in ur immigration history if any.
