They should be able to travel since they have the eu visas

I am talking about the visa they had in the other EU country where you were living

Normally the payments need to be done at the same time !! However I have seen that many members have experienced payment problems ... i do remember that in one case they took only one payment and sent the buometucs and COA with no problem and in another the HO sent back the application after oe mont...
