Just use the link to return the passports and the EU Visas they will return them with no problem!
They should be able to travel since they have the eu visas ;)

We applied on the 16th of August , After HO visit we haven't heard anything back. HO visit was on the 25th of January. Is this normal ? :/ That is quite normal mate since they tend to do these visits durong the 5th month ... the package must be already on the way why dont you call them and check ? ...

Did you apply for a family permit in order to bring them to the uk ? Or did they gain entry with a EU resident card ?

Normally the payments need to be done at the same time !! However I have seen that many members have experienced payment problems ... i do remember that in one case they took only one payment and sent the buometucs and COA with no problem and in another the HO sent back the application after oe mont...
