Re: EEA2 / FM-EFM Discussion thread

It is not necessary to have full-time employment in order to be a qualified person and qualify for a Registration Certificate. Part-time employment renders an EEA national a qualified person, as long as it is ‘genuine and effective’ employment and workers can even supplement their income with public...

The safest would be to send an EU ID as @noajthan suggested because you might experience slight delays if you try to request the passport back !

Re: EEA2 / FM-EFM Discussion thread

The COA does not cancel your current visa !

We have had people in this forum with a similar situation, After your receive your COA you can request online your passport and visa back and you can even travel with them until it expires!

I think the safest for you would be To apply for a Shengen visa which is free in your case and takes only 10 working days !

Re: Travel in Europe alone or travel with wife

Family members of an EEA/EU National holding a valid UK Residence document do not need a Schengen visa to enter Italy, only if...

Re: Application to ask for passport back

You can just submit your new application and specify in the cover letter and application form that they already have your passport !

I dont think they will return it to you unless you have a valid visa on it !

Thank you @alex1128! it's very helpful And another question which I'm worried...
