Re: Form AN - Naturalization Document Requirements

I was asked during my NCS appointment about my 6 years P60 and my employer's letter, although I have PR in my passport. The strangest thing that I was asked about my driving licence counterpart. However I had all these documents with me, so she didn't have choice other than to accept my application....

Re: Driving with no Insurance and apply for Naturalization

You were stopped by police for driving without insurance. That's it mate. Your story was not enough to change the Officer's mind to let you go without an issue. You have to wait the court's outcome and finger cross. But if the judgment will be against you, so don't apply for British CS until April 2...

Re: Help regarding section 8.8 in MN1 form

Thanks Noajthan, I rang up NCS lady in the same day and she said she put note with the application that it was only single form and not with parent beside she said caseworker will desregard it. Re: Acceptance of ESOL qualifications for Spouse

The Gov UK webpage on proof of English appears somewhat misleading or confusing. ESOL speaking/listening is the relevant certificate for proof of English for naturalisation. Entry 3 is at the requisite B1 level of CEFR so if the qualification is listed on Ofqual website it should be accepted, this ...

Re: leaving uk after passport

After you obtain the British Citizenship you can go wherever you want. Just don't open a tin of worms by mention in AN form that you are moving to Canada. Simply they can reject your application as you don't meet the future intention to live in UK condition or ask you for an interview to dig inside ...
