There are situations where somebody was on a full time Msc student and she is also on Tier 1 and was officially exempted.
Does that still have a negative effect on ILR application?

Please what about a situation that you are Tier1 and you are exempted from paying council tax because you are a student.
Does that affect ILR application?

It will be good if we can know all the categories and situation that are applicable for people to receive Refusal, AR, JR, Appeal.
