Re: EU & Brexit Deal

I’ve got the same email too, however I’m just wondering if there will be any fees (as mentioned no more than the cost of UK passport) to pay for this simple process or is it going to be free of charge for the swap “ And importantly, for any EU citizen who holds Permanent Residence under the old sche...

Has anyone experienced the online status changing to DECIDED, and after this, instead of an approval, a rejection letter arrives? For my husband application, he declared two spent convictions, and today the online status changed to DECIDED. He is worried if it's a rejection (Hopefully NOT :| ) The ...

Those who already hold permanent residency documents should not have to go through the full process, for example.
Do you think that include Non EEA who retain right with PR?
I think whoever hold PR will have to apply for a new settled status as far as i know!

Re: Unsuccessful applications

Right, wish the PR mentioned the date. The evidence I sent was largely last 5 years and letter from employer showing I've been with them for 11 years. This means it's pointless to appeal and I can definitely waive the fee goodbye. So if I understand correctly the PR Cert is the basis for calculatin...
