And what documents you provide ?
Did you provide anything with you ex partner details and documents?
How long they took for approval Retention case?
No I didn't get temporary stamp because I have still valid stamp 4 .

Thanks Grace I was married 4 years living with together And got divorce March 17 and applied in may 17 Retention case got approval in December 17. With along application I submitted My and her last 4 Years activities in State which Was her p60 and my p60. Same last 4 years lease, bills,joint back st...

It's possible to get Divorce from her home country.
She have to travel once get ready all papers only one day job for this you or she have to find Solister over there.and Job Done
Could share how long you together and what Is her activities in State since you married?

Someone with PR status does not need any sort of EU sponsor so existence of a spouse is then immaterial

I think you Can get this Docs Local municipal office or any where in India where you registered marriages I think these departments able to provide unmarried certificate.

DOJ especially will check her activities in state past 3 years or more make sure you can prove she is working or receiving social benefits, or studying in state. Each Year Docs Your and wife p60 or Social letter , College letter. Same Proofs of Residence for how long you live together. Some bills, B...

Hi Once your wife living in Ireland and doing some activities in state . You are good to go you can apply divorce out side Ireland . That's Great News 5 months not so bad. So next you gonna apply Eu Form 3 So form 3 you can see DOJ looking for some docs and information from your Ex partner if you appllying base on Divorce so did we have to provide these all Information and Docs which they ask ? Yes it will effect on your application, might be you facing Refusal
Best thing to wait till you get approval , because department mostly prefer working candidate rater than studying or self employed or if you still want so let them know first that she is not working any more and she studying .

How does that work guys? Is it easily approved once you've been here paying taxes together with you ex-partner for 3 years?
