Re: BRP Return Address Confusion

WR1 Application AN makes this clear: 6.11 Do you want the Home Office to retain your BRP Yes I confirm that I do not require evidence of my immigration status. Should I subsequently require evidence of my status, I will need to apply for a replacement BRP at my expense. No I confirm that if granted ...

Re: BRP Return Address Confusion

Hi I think Big Dobby is not really getting the point. In my form AN I have filled this information and confirmed that I'll send my BRP after cutting in to pieces back to the address and signed the declaration. @Big Dobby do you understand the meaning of signed declaration. Go and try to improve you...

Re: BRP Return Address Confusion

You worry yourself over nothing! Once you got your Certificate the BRP becomes invalid. Cut it n throw it in the bin or whatever. You are missing the point. HO now requires the BRP cards to be returned to them after the ceremony. ....with a civil penalty of up to £1,000 if you don't. :!: If they wa...

Hello guys , My mum applied for British citizenship on 8th May 2014. Her application was refused on the 29th April 2015 due to failing to meet the "good character" requirement. They said my mum did not apply for asylum within 28 days of entry to the UK. However we were aware of that but did not hav...

just to update, the above was granted under Section 3(1). Congrats bro. I think nothing tipped it to your favour except that the application was wrongfully refused. Re: Born-abroad child w/o ILR - MN1 3(1) refused

YOU don't need ILR to register your child. A child who is not up to the age of 10 does not necessarily need leave to remain (although expected). You have no other sibling(s) who are British. The law does not necessarily require both parents to be settled. One parent can be British and the other Set...

Just a question for my own interest. If she enters on Argentinian passport, would she not be stamped as a visitor, and therefore technically overstay after 6 months? Re: Entering the UK as BC without British passport

I am just wondering 'why' u raised it as an issue if Argentinians do NOT need visa to enter the UK. MY ANSWER: Border control officers do not know you are naturalised as it depends on the authority of the officers to see secret details. They can only see passport details and immigration status. It h...

This includes oddly advising them all to consult solicitors in Leeds...with no apparent knowledge of where the members are lo...
