Hi jan39, Not sure how HMRC is dealing, but they have updated my SA302 for 2013-2014(actually for 2013-2014 I have reduced the dividend amount which I declared first time), for 2012-2013 they have sent me a tax statement(separate letter). @richtich, even in my friend cousin case, HMRC not updated S...
Can a booked premium service be changed to postal applying through SET (O)?
Will it cost extra? Procedure?
Similarly as I understand a postal service can be converted to Premium as per this link https://www.gov.uk/faster-reply-visa-application
Amended tax return recently, got a update tax bill from HMRC, haven't paid yet, was told tax payment is not required by HO as it's something between you and HMRC. Want to pay tax in instalments or after 3-4 months as cannot afford right now.
Any views or info?
Thank you
Hi Nasir, Yes, HMRC is not updating SA302 just sending amendment letter. Actually I have made two years amendments 2012-2013 and 2013-2014, for 2012-2013 HMRC sent me a separate letter(not updated SA302) but for 2013-2014 HMRC updated my SA302. HMRC said they can only update SA302 from 2013-2014 on...
I will not hide the amendment, hiding it is of course deception and will not be defended in any court but doing amendment can be defended any where as it's a legal way to do corrections by HMRC, that's what I tried to explain in previous post. HO is an Govt department like other departments, they wo...
Suppressing material facts is deception too. 2013-14 tax detail is not a material fact. Where is it mentioned that we need to include all tax affairs for last 5 years. This is not even mandatory. If it would have been material, HO would have mentioned it in mandatory list of documents. I agree. The...
Are you working as a contractor? Afaik, it is not an issue, payment date can be later than the actual working period and it is quite common in case of contractors where depending on timesheet filing and approval, payment may happen at a later date. Eg When the money is transferred to your account o...
I was not very active economically (been jobless for few months) in 2014, just made about £10k, so had very less tax payment in the return for 2014-15. I was back on track for 2015-16 now with good earnings £35k which will be helpful in ILR. The requirement is only the latest 12 months earnings for ...
I did return amendment for a previous tax year 2013-14 (extension year), now confirmed from HMRC asking me to pay the tax as a result of this amendment, the new tax bill is shown on my HMRC account but not in the sa302 yet. Problem is I realised I didn't need this amendment as my case is still valid...
