If i put my application Royal mail no in website its shows last update waiting decision 3r of May and if i use IHS no of my application than it shows 3rdJune date.

I would suggest JR should only apply as last option. Ideally You should exercise fresh application first.

I applied fresh application on 30/03/17.
Biometric on 10/05/17.
