The day u submit your biometric should be within the qualifying period . Technically it’s the day u do ur biometric is the day the Home office receives your application .

The reason I was rushing to submit online application was because: - I thought it will be very difficult to get a biometric appointment on 04 December 2019 for the next day or so...

But for peace of mind , I would play it safe by submitting the online application on the date you qualify say 12:30 am and hope to get a paid appoint for the biometric on that same day or the next.
