Exactly that's what I mean. we find out very Odd/strange after comparing with FOI.. @griffith : My solicitor request FOI.. and In FOI there is one letter Recommendation Refusal .. they can investigate as long as they want.. I believe temp permission is your right if case is delaying from their side,...

@Obie : solicitor said if we get her statement under oath, then we can put strong appeal.. and if still they refused then we will go for judicial review. Hope this answer 'Can she provide an affidavit or statement to counteract that.' !!

@griffith : I applied retention application 2018 sep and still waiting for decision. As my stamp4 was going to expired in 2019Oct so they send 4 months temporary stamp.. visa never revoke or anything, I believe it was pretty straight forward case. I believe temporary 9month stamp is not for everyone.

The minister is also writing to those with retention application, who he is minded to refuse, not all retention cases.
