In my opinion and understanding, if your lawful stay was regularised in 2011 because of the grant of DLR, maybe you should count 10 years from that point forward so long as there was not any break or breach of your immigration leave to remain or the immigration rules. You will have to complete 5 years on Leave to remain visa (60 months) then apply for indefinite leave to remain after which you can apply for naturalization. Just to correct you and incase another user is looking for the form you have applied it is FLR(DL) and not ILR(DL).
