Re: WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have a valid current visa, you can withdraw your application and submit a new application on SET(O). Your application on SET(M) is invalid anyways as it not submitted on the correct form. Usually the CW gives an option to submit on the right form later on which may happen in due course. Note...

Which service I need to book for Biometric appointment ( for naturalisation) so that they scan my documents and I don't need to upload any documents myself?

How are you going to apply for BC when you just got your ILR this month??

Also, if your daughter is born abroad, she has to get ILR first and can naturalise only after that.

As @Zerubbabel said, it does not matter if the 20 years was legal or illegal stay. Applicants somet...

Re: ILR Set (O) Waiting Time

Hello, My partner is about to apply for her ILR through the Set (O) Dependant route. However, we're also planning to go away for a 4 weeks soon, so I was wondering if anybody who's recently submitted their application can advise on how long it is currently taking to get an appointment. We will be o...

It is a professional person who has engaged with the child in a professional capacity, not only a professional person. If that so, then yes.

Select yes to address. HO knows the child is only 14 months.
I am unaware about the Bangladeshi Nationality law - you have to check if Bangladesh allows that or not.

Re: British Naturalisation

Employment is irrelevant. Profit/Loss is irrelevant. If you are self-employed just provide the latest self-assessment. All what matters is you are up to date with your tax if any due.

For all other jobs for last 10 years in UK, if you paid tax via PAYE, you only need to provide PAYE ref in the form.

These questions have no relevance with NARIC certification. You can choose any of the two you listed. This is more like internal data collection thing.

Also, please keep all your questions in this thread here rather making multiple posts. Thanks

Will they not ask for child ID card or passport as a proof to support the claim. Sorry to bother you. No proof needed. Nothing is sent physically with the online system. Everything is scanned and uploaded. This is just the last resort (if someone missed documents) if application is already submitted and biometrics attended also.
