Hectic is one word i just hope i can get all my stuff into the car and i dont have to get that shipped. cant wait to be back in england and looking for work there it will give me something to moan about and take my mind off this situation

My wife will be flying to America for the Permit Which consulate will she be applying to? NY has a bit different procedure for appointments that LA or Chicago. Does she have friends near any of those cities? She will be going to chicago and i think she can even do it all online althugh by the looks...

Nothing surprises me any more and now they are saying i cannot apply for it if she is in the states and i am in england and i have to apply for the spousal visa.

I wish i could call the embassy but they direct me to the Premium rate fone number on the website Grrrrrr

That is kinda what ive been trying to say they dont care they arent interested in law they are interested in what works for them and they know in our situation we are unlikely to Protest or bring action or have the money o bring action ETC
