I haven't read it but the missus was saying it is just a rejection letter and it goes on about not having lived in a EU member state before applying for Ireland.

Hey guys a law suit is a good idea but im in the same boat as Plassjapie i dont have a year to burn. and a courtcase is going to be at least six months upwards. then they might just adjourn the decision like they already have.

A protest is a good idea the question is how many people can we get to do it unfortunately im in cork it would take a bit of arranging to get time to come up to do it plus if there is only three or four of us it isnt going to draw much attention.

So I finally got my letter from the EU Treaty Right Sections this morning after a long wait - tomorrow will be nine months since my application was received by them. Anyway - my application was DENIED !!!!! Denied on the basis that i was not resident in another EU country before coming to Ireland.....
