the maximum of tier 2 in the UK is 6 years after the date of your first tier 2 visa issued. So if you can find the other sponsor you can change your job for sure. up to now, the new service centre cannot provide joint application, so you can only apply passport after ceremony. yes, you need new referee to countersign.

Yes you can. If you job is in shortage or WAS in shortage when you have got your Tier 2, you can apply ILR without meeting their salary threshold.

THE earliest you can apply is 28 days before you fulfill 5 qualifying years. 60 days are too many and will be refused.
