Extended family members must apply before 11pm on 31 December 2020. After this, only close family members and unmarried partners will be able to apply.

For parents you could have applied euss if you have pre-settled status, there is then no need to proof financial dependency..... although if you have applied for EEA family permit, that is also correct.

For brother in law, the correct category is EEA Family permit....and not euss

I'm talking about if they were to enter AFTER 31st of december. Can they still apply for the EU settlement scheme? The gov.uk says that's the deadline for entering the UK then applying Yes they can, even if they enter after 31st dec. Kamoe has explained you word by word, he cannot make it easier 🥺
