Re: SET-M: full-time employee and LTD company director

I am submitting the application in the second week of January. I am 90% confident that we should say No as this question is only relevant to the income source you’re claiming, but please let me know when you get an official advice. That's what we currently think too. One person in my other thread s...

Re: SET-M: full-time employee and LTD company director

We have a little question about our online ILR (SET-M) application! For the past 12 months I've been a full-time permanent employee of a company, and we will be relying upon that alone to fulfil the income requirement. Separately, I am also the director of a limited company in the UK. I last took d...

Hi, Can someone please confirm what I would need to send for my child with my SET M application. He is British by birth as my husband is a British Citizen. But I don't have a passport for him. Re: PAYE & DIRECTORSHIP OF DORMANT COMPANY

CR001 do you thibk it is ok to answer ‘No’ and just declare on a cover letter that I am a director of a company but I am not depending on it to meet the threshold? and that I answered No because I think this question is related to the role you’re meeting the threshold with. Your opinion is much appr...

Re: What should I expect? SET(M) Additional info request from the Home Office

Hi all, I applied for my ILR end of August, did my biometrics almost three weeks later. A week ago, I got a letter from the Home Office asking for some additional information, including additional pay slip and evidence of my husband's private pension. For the main documents requested they wanted 'o...

Re: PAYE & DIRECTORSHIP OF DORMANT COMPANY

Thank you for the response. To clarify, we would therefore answer no to the below as it is not required to meet the financial threshold? 'Are they a director or non-executive director of a limited based UK company?' Are there any guidance notes provided that clarify this approach? As answering a ye...

Re: PAYE & DIRECTORSHIP OF DORMANT COMPANY

This will not be relevant as you satisfy the financial requirement via your employment in some other company Hi, so if I am a full time employee at 1 company (considering the income from this company to meet the threshold)and a director at another company which I am not considering its income what ...

Many thanks

Re: ILR SET(0) online from

I choose New Service and there was by default checked standard, No priority for Tier 1E unfortunately. One more question which confused me is Once we complete in the absences ,it will ask for evidence such as Employer letter etc which I guesss does not apply to Tier1E settlement. I choose “Other” a...

Re: ILR SET(0) online from

I think you are confusing the “premium” word. What I understood: ILR through Tier 1 can opt for enhanced appointments (where you will pay for an appointment) as opposed to the free appointment at the 6 core locations. Also Tier 1 can opt for PREMIUM LOUNGE yes. But this is just for the comfort of s...
