two ceremonies are lined up for march 2020. if the department was that rigorous in investigating each case there wouldnt be that much invitation gone out.. because most of the case of the same nature as we discuss earlier More than 10 ceremonies in last 3,4 year so what. well Student scheme came after 10 years , who knew back then that there will be students scheme in 2018. Also how many of them got visa from scheme ? Only 2000 . Rest either changed their status and left the country. And 7 years are not always enough if you want to complete your full education plus...

People working with inis is not stupid,they have to investigate cases. U cant blame gov or any department. Inis is not after individual they are after non EU immigrants. Guys if u cannot attend ceremony for any reason then please let them know in advance so some one else can be on that list.

One of my friend got approval letter but didn't get invitation for last ceremony.

Once someone wait from 2 year plus time they can bring judicial review.
Personally know a person who won 18 month citizenship delay judicial review.

Not all solicitor same.
Some solicitor ask u to pay the fee before they listen u r case and some solicitor dont mention any fee until they get any result.
But mostly solicitor now a days dont know anything about immigration.

Hi Grif I applied my self Retention case was Granted then I applied my self EU3 and after year Refused now I hired Solister will see what he can do. I don't think its make any difference if you applied your self or through Solister DOJ going Refused every second application without any solid Reason...

Now they have a form for address change. U can find on inis site. With form just attach new utility bill.
Those days gone when u just send them email. They are getting smarter.

I would say MEDIA is the best Option, to show the public what is going on with some of the applicants without any reason, how to get the contact details of MEDIA? Yes, agreed. As far I know if ur wife become irish citizen a year ago then u need to wait another two years as u will be eligible after 3 years she has to be Irish for 3 years then u will be eligible.

I emailed them & also got the same reply "Your application continues to be processed". Its so frustrating as people who applied even in 2019, are getting approval/invitation letters. Read a case few year back where Minster of Justice used his power to grant non EU person stamp 4 but he was in a country illegally from more then 20 year. So it's up to u if u want to wait 20 years then definitely u get stamp 4 but best thing if u stay in loop never know when u ill have lucky day.
