If you just look at the past posts in the forum, kids get the certificate near the ceremony.

2 January 2019 they received, in march they asked additional documents, i must also explain why my daughter was absent from the state ( every school holidays in summer for 2,5 months) and yesterday 12 march we received approval with 200 EUR and 2 photo's). The Citizenship telephone helpline will be closed on the dates between 12th March and 31st March 2020. The helpline will re-open as normal on April 2nd 2020. You can continue to send queries by email during this period.
