I got Married to EU National in December 2006 and apply for 4EUFAM stamp. But DOJ refused my application in July 2007 like lot of other cases.But i hire a lawyer and got S tamp 4 in Fab2008 for 1 year and then got 4EUFAM Stamp in 2008 dated back from JUNE 2006 .So I have 4EUFAM Stamp till JUNE 2012...

You can't submit your application for entry clearence ( whatever type ) without going to the embassy in person. Once you are there, they won't accept your application unless you give your fingerscan i.e. its a part of the application. So I suppose there is no question of them refusing visa on the b...

If you can prove that your wife was exercising her treaty rights during the one year that you spent together in UK, then I think you can retain your rights.

I honestly don't understand what you have written but you should mention your old passport in the form even if you haven't travelled on it and then submit the copies of it if you still have it with you. The bottom line is, just be honest.
