No, I haven't recieved an email saying decision has been made. Just on the phone. Reading other peoples post most said they didn't get an email stating decision made until they got the email from tlscenter to collect the passport. A jentelm posted he waited 13 days after the call to get an email. So...

Ohh that's good news. At least now we know we don't have long to wait. It's been 8 days now waiting for the email... fingers crossed.

Try calling them at 17:00-18:00 uk time, that's around the time I called them... I wish you the best of luck. Don't give up call them again they won't charge you until they answer.
