UKBA reply is though general one yet is not adverse.
And if any UKBA reply is not adverse than it is a good omen.

Congratulations. Your was very simple case and the only issue examined was absences. Since these were under 180 days and the longest was also well blew 90 days that is why case worker asked you to write it down to avoid checking himself. Lately UKBA has become strict on absences hence one must prepa...

Congratulations:
In response to your similar post on your other topic I had asked you to trust what your solicitor says about delay.

You should trust what solicitor has told you.Same day service means same day. Only system failure would defer applications to next day and not the bulk thing.

There are 2 methods for solicitors for submitting application for their clients at Croydon PEO: 1. On the appointed day solicitor enters the Lunar House in-between 7.30 AM to 9.00 AM and after payment report to desk 6 on First Floor and are dealt by case workers in order of their arrival. If employer has deducted income tax/NI from your monthly pay but has not deposited that deducted amount to HMRC you and your ILR are safe and there would be no problem if salary was paid through bank and you have salary slips and P60.

However as a good character you should report it to HMRC

For "rosdean" 1. These job related short visits should not be counted towards 180 days private absences. UKBA guidance "Indefinite leave to remain - Calculating continuous stay in UK" dated 19 April 2011 has undegone six months review and is expected to be updated shortly.Lets hope that UKBA policy on absences becomes more clear so that there is uniformity in use of discretion by case workers at all PEO.

Absences due to holidays abroad (consistant with paid leaves) are to be disregarded. Wheras your 260 holidays works out to 52 paid leaves per year which does not appear to be consistant with annual paid leaves policy of most of the UK employers. However you would be granted ILR at Cryodon PEO if you...

As your initial clearance was stamped in Aug 2006 that means you fall under HSMP ( post April 2006 -pre Nov 2006 ) hence covered by HSMP JR for extension. It appears your ILR has been refused due to absence of more than 3 month (Oct 2006 - Feb 2007) which can be disregarded only if it was under comp...

If he prefers second extension than he would apply on Form FLR Tier 1 (HSMP) and the requirement as per JR/rules is to be economicaly active which in this case would be salary slips and bank statement of 3 months.

They have no such sysyem.
Secondly his ILR has not been refused. It is UKBA procedure that if personal abscences (paid levae) are more than 180 days than case worker should get approval from SEO/Grade 7 officer.

In response to my query UKBA had stated that every PEO has officers at SEO and Grade 7. http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/ilr_calculating_continuous_stay#incoming-196601 However currently Sollihul PEO has no SEO/Grade 7. What connections you had with UK during those 105 days? Producing letter of paying outside UK may be counter productive. Even if you have been paid outside UK by UK employer without deducting income tax and NI you were liable to pay tax on that earnings in UK yourself being resident of UK. Which wou...

2. Send postal application for ILR without passport - explaining reasons and providing evidence that new passport has been applied and would be provided in due course

Very strange situation. Appears to be some technical fault in their system.
Send a letter to:

"Case Resolution Directorate CSU,ST ANNE House,20-26 Wellesley Road,Croydon,CR0 9XB"

narating the situation. A week after that book new appointment at any PEO and try your luck
