You can type in wherever you can and after taking print-out fill in rest of fields with pen (preferably in CAPITAL letters). I agree it is confusing when we can't type in all the fields. Get these signed and stamped from employer, dont take risk until all other options are exhausted. You can have any execuse - like you are sponsoring your brother's UK student Visa where you need to show your UK payslips original. Hi, My employer has given me P-60 as attested copy on A-4 paper. I am wondering if this is acceptable. I called HSMP guy, who insisted on original P60 or an letter from employer stating that P60 is issued in above format only.
