Option 2. However clarify any fluctuations in wage rates in cover letter.
Thanks CULLINAN,

I intend to have a cover letter for each job showing the job filling summary, so hope it will make everything clear to the case worker.

Best Regards.

The form is asking about the actual details not the claim period details. Your evidence will be the relevant documents you submit. So you can clarify your period of claim in the cover letter and only submit relevant documents. Do not get confused in both things. For example a job was created in 201...

Re: ILR Application - Jan 2021 (Tier 1 Entrepreneur, after 3 years, Accelerated route, 10 Jobs)

You need 10 jobs that existed for at least 12 months each. I would suggest make 1 PDF file for each JOB (as long you can keep it below 6MB). Jobs is what matters not the employees. Keep all RTI FPS and wage slips relevant to that JOB in that PDF. Keep all employees passport copies/settled status in...

It is up to you how you want to do it. It is always best to send a little more than required but not too much. Thanks CULLINAN, The only point it that the FPS documents is too big, I have check the document I need to submit for one of the jobs and I found them will be around 150 pages, yes I intend...

Hi Team,

Wrt the signature required on the director's loan agreement and each payslip for the employees, does it will be acceptable to be an electronic signature on all of them, instead of printing all the documents, and sign it, then scan it.

Thanks in advance.

Re: ILR Application - Jan 2021 (Tier 1 Entrepreneur, after 3 years, Accelerated route, 10 Jobs)

Technically yes but I do not like the idea. You may submit an early RTI FPS but then you have to submit the salary slip as evidence also. The employee would not have physically worked all those hours till end of Dec when he/she will get paid. So it is best to apply when your evidence is complete. T...

The above is being generated in the checklist due to some answer you ticked yes in the online form (which you did in error) otherwise this is not needed. I guess the OP has not proven his investment as he is applying for ILR without any extension. In that case, he must prove the investment made (un...
