Tier-1 extn , papers lost , date passed - urgent help

some lost all pepers just 2 week before tier -1 extn date , geniuine case, police report is available and date is passed

in process of geeeting paper rearrenged from bank and employer .

what should be done now ?

within what time he / she should contact ho ?

JR CASE AND TIME OUT OF UK more than 90 and 180 days

What happens if some one came before march 2006 and gone out of uk for any reason 180 day or 90 days beyond

1. clock is reset ?

2. if clock is rest than to wait 5 years or 4 years

3. if clock is not reset than how many days to wait ?

will applicant get his 2nd extn money ?

those have gone on business trip / seconded abroad for 3-6 months what documents generally ask employment letter salary slip bank statement anything else what happend if employer is changed but appointment letter mentione for job location. i am sure above is isssu for many applicants for ilr Regards

if u r claiming dividend than u have to show dividend voucher and it is not responsibilty of accountant

BUt accountant can sort it out with extra cost other wise it is work of company secretary / director

dividend claimed and voucher not submitted 100 % chance of refusal

if employer liabilty is less than £1500 a year than yearly payments other wise employer need to pay monthly your concern are right as employee to see that all tax deducted are paid so u can get yr assessment done as well as right to work sort out issue immediately with employer or from HMRC tHANKS
