arsenal22 i never heard of this that a PR is issued with less than 10 years duration. Are you sure it is PR or they gave you a residence card again. Because by law it must be renewable after 10 years not 5.

Hi, if you don`t want to apply for confirmation of PR by using EEA3, that will not affect your husband`s eligibility to get his confirmation of permanent residence. Hi If you want to apply for confirmation of your permanent residence , you can do so by using EEA3 and include your children in that form as well . As I mentioned above , even if u send it , that will not cover the entire 5 year period and you must have had it for the last 5 years when u were self sufficient. So just wait and see.

1-P60`s of last 5 years and most recent wage slips( I think at least last 2-3 months would be ok)
2-Yes u need to send the marriage certificate and/or birth certificates accordingly.

The relevant forms ask all the supporting documents necessary for the application to be processed.
