I have a valid resident stamp on my passport anyways. My application was returned once beforer as I didnt send...

Sorry Wanderer the last line should have been: "Am I Correct in this assumption" My apologies for the adamant tone. Hi Wanderer - I wanted to cross check this with you, my understanding is that if you are divorced from an EU spouse and if YOU HAVE BEEN GRANTED AN EEA FP before, you might not need yo...

Hi Wanderer - I wanted to cross check this with you, my understanding is that if you are divorced from an EU spouse and if YOU HAVE BEEN GRANTED AN EEA FP before, you might not need your ex's passport. However one would need to satisfy the HO in terms of the EEA spouse exercising rights from the ini...

I am sorry to hear that Daisy81, I think you should just send all the documents that you have with you and then send in the police reports where you have filed for harresment, that way the HO should understand that it will be difficult for you to provide any furhter documents, also if possible provi...

Hi Daisy81 - Thanks for your answer, that does sound a little relaxing, I was hoping that they dont ask me for that, I did send the HO all the docs required. Anybody Applied for ret of rights asked for ex's passport

Hi I just wanted to confirm that since many people have applied for retention of rights after divorce, has the HO asked any one for the ex spouses passport even if they had provided this earlier whilst applying for the 5 year RC. Would be grateful if someone can share their experience with me. Thanks

I have been going through all the posts by inwarsaw and I would just politely want to request him not to be too vocal about his thoughts. I understand the whole democratic concept of freedom of speech but you cant just start offending people. The way inwarsaw does. I am sorry to say but just because...

Re: Retain Rights

Hi nanaaddo80, Sorry for the confusion, but these are all photocopies and not original RC. since my ex is from the A8 countries I thought it was important for this card to be sent (As WRC kicks in). It will be better to resubmit your application and send them all of the documents you,ve listed that you have.If you do that, it will give you a sound and clear case.
