Listen Man you need to sent what they ask if not ur stay would be refuse trust me. Do you have any letter or payslip of her during the time of divorce? if not try and find the company where she was working or working. You really need her help boy.

Hallo People . I apply for my retention of residency of EEA spouse but have not heard anything from the HO almost 6 months now and I would like to travel this X mas I am allow to ? or have to wait till HO write me . Also I need to apply for visa with that be problem to me?

Hallo guys , what about if the EEA spouse was a full time study and no medical Insurance would the non EEA spouse qualifield for residence card or they need private medical Insurance?

Sorry but the is not right , HO would write you when the time come , I think 5 months is really 2 much coz most people I know last for 3 months .
sent them e-mail again and do not call HO london but liverpool . I believe ur letter sould be in the post now.

That's really not ture at all . I apply for retation after my divorce and apply for COA for marraige after 2 months I got but u have to inform the HO that u have divorce from ur privious partner and it take about 3-4month for them to ask you proof of document by then you ahould be able to get the ma...

Just to inform all of you that, A friend of mine student visa was about to expire in 1 months . It is possible , you do not even need to contact a lawyer for that , if you have all ur document and you know or sure that is real then just apply your self . I was told if ur visa expire no matter the year as long you can show that you were in uk that is better than nothing.
